About Us:
ILearn’d Tutors is a fast-growing EdTech platform in Sri Lanka that connects students with verified tutors across the island. Our mission is to make learning simple, accessible, and effective for students while helping tutors reach more learners.

We have already onboarded 40+ tutors and are now focused on scaling student acquisition.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to help us generate student leads and drive platform growth. The primary goal is to attract students and parents who are actively looking for tutoring services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
• Generate high-quality student leads (NOT just engagement or followers)
• Create and manage paid ad campaigns with clear ROI tracking
• Identify and target the right audience (students, parents, exam-focused segments)
• Optimize campaigns for conversions (sign-ups, inquiries, bookings)
• Suggest and improve marketing funnels (ads → landing page → WhatsApp/website)
• Provide weekly performance reports and insights
• Recommend new growth strategies and opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing (especially lead generation)
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and/or Google Ads
• Experience running conversion-focused campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and optimize performance
• Experience in education, tutoring, or similar industries is a plus
• Understanding of Sri Lankan market is an advantage

Deliverables:

• Consistent flow of qualified student leads
• Improved cost per lead over time
• Campaign reports with clear metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions)

Budget & Engagement:

• Open to monthly retainer or project-based pricing
• Long-term opportunity based on performance
