We are looking for a detail-oriented design assistant to create personalized posters based on ready-made templates.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with repetitive but creative tasks.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Create personalized posters using pre-designed templates (Netflix-style and other concepts)
- Customize designs based on customer-provided information (names, dates, photos, etc.)
- Communicate with customers via the platform chat
- Respond to customer questions in a timely and professional manner
- Request approvals when needed and handle revision requests
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (very important for reviews)
⚙️ Working Conditions
- Flexible working hours (we coordinate together)
- All designs are created using ready templates (no need to design from scratch)
- Initial guidance and feedback will be provided during the first days
🧪 Trial Period
- A 2-day trial period will be applied
- Both sides evaluate the collaboration during this time
- If the collaboration is not suitable, payment will be made and the process will end
- If successful, we continue long-term
📊 Additional Information
- Current order volume: 80–100 orders per week (expected to grow)
- This is not a “get rich quick” job — income increases as order volume grows
- Long-term collaboration is preferred

- All communication will be done via the platform (no phone calls)
- Please be responsive during agreed working times
