Project description:

We are looking for an experienced developer or system integrator to build a real-time integration between a LiDAR and an Axis PTZ camera. The goal is to automate vehicle monitoring using AID protocol, enabling the camera to respond dynamically to vehicle behavior detected by the LiDAR system.
The system must perform the following actions:

-Detect Stopped Vehicles- When a vehicle is detected as stopped by the LiDAR system, the Axis PTZ camera should automatically zoom in and focus on that vehicle.

-Detect Vehicle Movement- Once the vehicle resumes movement, the camera should return to its default (home) position.

-The integration must support real-time response with minimal delay.

-Coordination between the LiDAR and PTZ camera should be based on the AID protocol or similar event-driven logic.

-The solution should be robust, reliable, and scalable for future enhancements.
