I have Experience HVAC Design/Drafting & Quantity Takeoff with 14 years gulf experience; proven expertise in project management of commercial, residential & industrial (oil & gas) mechanical projects. And also Provide Technical Support HVAC Works.
To review contract document & Specification to plan and implement engineering program, including defining project philosophy, activities, milestones, and manpower projection as per customer/contract requirements.
To Calculate the design cooling load of proposed building for HVAC using Carrier’s HAP software and submit to consultant / client for review & approval
To implement cost effective measures for reducing project cost & quantity take-off & Preparation of Estimation sheet, selection and procurement of equipments, Preparation variation Letter & prepare Ventilation Schematic layout.
To prepare submittals (Equipment Data Sheet, Inspection & Test Plan and Installation, method statements related to the project and ensure its compliance with concept design, contract requirements and submit to consultant & client for review & approval.
To prepare Shop Drawings respect to design requirements and contract requirements with coordination of other disciplines and submitted as per the approved schedules to the consultant / client for review & approvals.
To attend technical meetings with consultant/client/contractor and weekly progress meetings with the client.
To develop schedule work program using Microsoft Project software and maintain the budget for assigned project.
To prepare interim and monthly completion project reports and get it certified by client/consultant/contractor whichever is needed.
To prepare requisition for equipments, materials and miscellaneous items as required more specifically at be-ginning of project & during execution period.
To support construction team to achieve schedule along with the required quality to fulfill specification & contract.
To coordinate with QC teams up on inspections. Provide information relevant to the quality Audit, knowledge deficiency reports, provide reasons, take corrective actions and to ensure the project works carried out as per contract specification/standards.
To finalize subcontractor, monitoring & controlling the progress & work quality of execution. To certify the invoice of subcontractors.
To assist Air balancing, Testing & commissioning, providing training to Operation & maintenance team after handing over.To Designing & drafting of HVAC/BMS/VRF
To preparation of material submittals, Transmittal & preparation of quotations.
