I am Manjula Jayawardana 48 in age who resides at Yakkala. I have been working in the dicipline of Procurement & Supply Chain at different world reputed multi national private companies for 25 years. I am a life member of Institute of Supplies and Materials Management whilst have a Diploma in Purchasing and Materials Management. Also, I am a graduand of MBA at Rajarata University of Sri Lanka. I have extensive experience of drafting processes, procedures, policies, guidelines, articles, assignments, business proposals, projects etc. My purview was mostly in relation with purchasing, Logistics, Inventory Controlling, Supply Chain Management. I am keen on doing analytical approach to conflict in management in order to find the root cause for the same, propose corrections, corrective actions, preventive actions etc. Further my skill of negotiation, sourcing goods & services, vendors via internet glibally as well as locally, designing business module of materials management in ERP and preparation of blueprint of the same.
I have interpersonal skills of integrity & honest which was proved throughout my career.
I am anxious of accepting challenges always since it is a new oppotunity for me to improve another aspect of my knowledge, skills & attitudes which are my basic my strength all the time.
