During my stay in the customer service department, I was able to expand my skills working with internal and external stakeholders and it enhanced my knowledge of working together with different teams. I gained experience in handling all inbound inquiries and multi-channel touchpoints such as Walk-ins, telephones, Email and social media with accuracy, courtesy, and swiftness. Moreover, I have been able to provide a good customer service in multilingual languages including Sinhala, English and Tamil
